Dennis brings over 16 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Player Services at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, Nevada, where he manages the Cage, Player’s Club, Credit, and Collections departments. Previously, he was the Director of Cage & Credit Operations at Treasure Island Las Vegas and served as Casino Manager at Caesars Entertainment, overseeing Slot Operations for two prominent Las Vegas properties.

Since 2021, Dennis has been a part-time faculty member at Laurus College. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism from Washington State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Dennis moved to Henderson, NV in 2007 and is committed to fostering a supportive learning environment for his students to reach their full potential.
