Judy has degrees in information technology with a focus on web design, digital graphics and multimedia, and IT Education. She’s been teaching over 20 years now, over half of which has been in higher education. She’s also worked in small press publishing, software development, web/graphic design, networking installation and management, computer consulting, and publishing. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, and gardening.
