Dominic Ramos

I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. After graduation, I worked in business management for five years before beginning a teaching career. While working, I completed my Masters of Business Administration degree from Regis University in Colorado. Recently, I completed a Doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University.
Professionally, on the business side, I have worked in management and sales. My teaching career includes teaching mathematics and business at the high school and small college level. Currently, I wear a few different professional hats. I teach mathematics, coach a basketball team, and do property management. Diversified professional involvements are invigorating. I love my experience at Laurus!
My teaching philosophy is rooted in providing my students with the best possible opportunities to succeed. Creating an environment in the classroom that allows all students to experience success within academic rigor is the key. Actively supporting all students is vital to their success.
