Dr. Randi M. Dillard

I received my bachelor’s from St. Mary’s University in Applied Social Sciences and Humanities, master’s from Southern New Hampshire University in English and doctorate from Baylor University in Learning and Organizational Change. I believe in education that ignites curiosity and empowers students to be active participants in their own learning journey. This journey takes many forms, and my role as an instructor is to create a dynamic and inclusive space where diverse learning styles thrive. Education is a continuous process, for both students and teacher.
I am committed to my own professional development, actively seeking new knowledge and methodologies to enhance my teaching practice. This dedication ensures that my students benefit from the latest research and best practices, keeping them engaged and challenged in their own quest for lifelong learning.
