Debra Lacy is the Director of Inclusion and Belonging at TeamHealth, where she leads inclusion initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Over her 22-year career at Liberty Mutual, she held diverse leadership roles across operations, sales, and learning development, including launching an award-winning inclusion program for over 35,000 employees.

She holds a B.S. from the University of Houston, an MBA from Rollins College, and a Doctorate in Education from Baylor University. Debra has served as a CASA for foster children and now mentors youth in juvenile detention and volunteers with a leadership academy supporting incarcerated individuals.

She enjoys travel, the arts and reading.
