Carleh “CJ” Ward

CJ is an experienced educator, consultant, and program director with over 20 years of success in curriculum development, instructional design, and content delivery across diverse populations. With a background that spans nonprofit consulting, higher education, and public health, CJ brings a strategic, student-centered approach to learning and development.
CJ specializes in designing interactive, emotionally intelligent training programs that promote engagement, equity, and measurable outcomes. CJ holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a U.S. Army veteran.
Currently, CJ focuses on supporting nonprofit organizations with curriculum development, staff training, and strategic initiatives that build stronger, more inclusive communities. CJ enjoys teaching psychology and sociology courses and keeping up with the latest research in the field. In her limited spare time, CJ enjoys traveling to national parks, hiking, and working on art projects.
