Dominic Ramos

Dr. Dominic Ramos, EdD, MS, is a passionate educator and leader with a strong background in the sciences. A native of El Paso, Texas, he holds a BS in Pre-Physical Therapy and Biology, an MS in Exercise Science—with research on exertional rhabdomyolysis—and an EdD in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University.
With teaching experience spanning middle school to graduate-level courses, he currently serves as Assistant Director of the Math and Science Teaching Academy (MaST) at the University of Texas at El Paso, where he supports program operations and student development. He also teaches as an adjunct instructor at Laurus College, mentoring future learners and professionals inspiring the next generation of learners with his expertise and mentorship.
