Catherine Ellis

Dr. Catherine Ellis is a retired Air Force Veteran who specialized as a Russian language analyst. During her time in the military, Dr. Ellis gained experience in program management, training management, and was selected as a military training instructor.
She recently graduated from Baylor University with her Doctorate in Education, majoring in Learning and Organizational Change. Additionally, she has her Master’s Degree from Washington State University in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Socialogy from Carroll College.
In 2024, Dr. Ellis was selected for and presented her Dissertation at the Online Learning Consortium Conference. Her research topic is on the relationship between acclimation and retention for online undergraduate students.
