Eric Weinstein
PBS Instructor

Eric Weinstein holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sonoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Woodbury University. For fifteen years, I have worked as a computer programmer, web designer and web application developer, database administrator and a systems administrator. Have programmed in many types of languages from C, C++, Java, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Joomla, CSS and more. Worked for many types of companies such as Amgen and Baxter, Harbor Freight Tools, Bank of America and the County of Ventura.
Starting in 2003, I taught computer programming classes, such as C, C++ and Visual Basic for two years. Then, in 2005, I shifted over to University of LaVerne, Point Mugu campus teaching Management Information Systems where we looked at all aspects of how IT can assist a business into the 21rst Century like: Networking, Websites, Internet and Intranets, E-Commerce sites, Social Media and Web Designed Dashboards. I enjoy teaching and sharing my skills with others so they can learn and grow with it and utilize these skills in the working world.
